Customer Service

We put great importance on pre-sales and after-sales service and the details is as follows;

1. We will provide detail information to customers to understand the performance of equipments and also provide realistic answer to issues raised by customers.

2. We will provide customers with specific training before equipment delivery and once equipments delivered to customer’s places, we conduct installation, adjustment and training in order to make sure equipments can be operated stably.

3. We will continuously provide customers with after-sales service including parts supply, maintenance and troubles shooting after equipments are on normal operation.
